Refund policy
At GripGoal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
